The Photo Albums -> Settings menu item opens the following screen:
Note the WPPA+ API Version number, in this case: 6-5-04-001. This version number may be important in reporting issues on the Support forum
It is strongly recommended when you first start using/configurating WPPA+ to open the Initial setup as indicated on the homepage of this site. When you open this Table O, you will see this screen:
There are only 15 simple questions to be answered by yes or no; you may skip answers, you may change them later, or make additional specifications in all the other tables; but when you answer as many yes/no questions as possible, you will have set up the majority of features and behaviours of your wppa+ installation. Click the help
?button for additional information.
In all the other tables I tried to group settings in a somehow logical manner, but there are so many items that are related to more than one criterium that it is not always obvious where to find a setting.
To make it easier for you - at least a little less complicated - you can enter up to two keywords in the two selectionboxes at the top of the page. The settings that meet these criteria will be shown.
If you miss a setting or can not find it while you know it must be there, don't hesitate to ask me on the support forum.
Table XII is of special interest if you encounter any (server) system configuration problems; I may ask for details when you ask for support. Also, when asking for support, include a link to the page that shows the issue and make sure you have ticked Table IX-A3: Allow WPPA+ Debugging. If you are done configurating your site, untick Table IX-A3.
